GOVERN is a Haske Labs product that helps clinicians understand what a lab result supports. This website describes the product and invites product-pilot inquiries. It is not a clinical application, an EHR portal, or a secure channel for patient information.

Please do not submit patient information.

Do not enter protected health information, patient identifiers, medical records, laboratory reports, or other sensitive clinical data. The example assessments contain synthetic values and run in your browser; the pages have no fields for lipid values or other clinical data. The hosting provider may log ordinary page requests, as described above.

Contact information and inquiries

You may provide your name, work email, organization, role, area of interest, and an optional business message. We use information you choose to send to respond to your inquiry and discuss product fit or business collaboration. Providing information does not create a pilot, clinical, or contractual relationship.

When you send the pilot inquiry form, your name, work email, organization, role, area of interest, and optional message are sent to the website’s form service and emailed to the GOVERN team. The website does not keep form entries in a database or on a server; they exist in the team’s email. A bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile) runs when you submit. Email is delivered through Cloudflare Email Routing to the team mailbox, and those providers process messages under their own policies. Please do not include patient information.

Website technology

This version does not include advertising trackers, marketing pixels, or analytics scripts, and the site itself sets no application cookies. The pilot inquiry page loads Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot check that may process browser and network signals to tell people from automated traffic. Fonts and interactive examples use local browser resources. The hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process ordinary request information, such as IP addresses and access logs, to deliver the website. The website does not save form entries to local storage.

The website’s examples are educational illustrations, not patient assessments. The example policies are not clinical standards and do not establish accuracy against a reference method. Do not use this website to diagnose, treat, assess personal risk, or make medication-access decisions.
